I like all kinds of salty foods, so it is very curious that my favourite thing to prepare myself is "dessert". I love the lemon pie I prepare! I could say it's my weakness, it's the only sweet thing I can overeat and not get bored. But I do not like the ones that you buy in the supermarket or in the typical bakeries, I only like the ones I prepare. To make it, first I prepare the dough with flour, butter and egg then I put it in the oven for about 25 minutes. For the smoothie you will need lots of lemon juice, lemon zest, condensed milk and egg yolk. This is batted and then left to rest in the cooler.  I am very indignant at the education system in Chile. It bothers me because if there is anything uneven in our country it is education. Unfortunately the one who has money can access "good" schools, good pre-university and "good" universities and then if the person wishes can go out to improve abroad. In contrast, a person who was not born with the same opportunities this educational system does not help, because supposedly if you manage to emerge they call you LAZY. This semester I was pleasantly surprised with the subject "Critical Theory". At first I thought we would study texts that are very difficult to understand. In addition, I thought the classes would be boring and uninviting. The teacher is also very helpful, because her teaching method is very pedagogical. She worries about explaining very complex things with a vocabulary that we can all understand, she starts from the most basic to the most complex. This photograph for me represents many things: friendship, adventure, magic and a dream come true. This image is from my summer vacation this year, exactly on February 5th. This photo is a selfie, I took it when we finished a guided tour. After that they allow us to climb a mountain to so we could take photos from the heights. I'm in this photo with two of my best friends, with whom I share a very special friendship for 6 years.  The idea of taking a trip to Machu Picchu was born in 2013, we were in second year of high school and wanted to live an unforgettable adventure in a magical place full of history.
